CHANGE IN FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR HGV/PSV OPERATORS LICENCES FROM 01.01.19. From 1st January the requirements for Standard licence applicants/holders are £8,000 for the first vehicle and £4450 for every vehicle thereafter – an increase of £50 from 2018. The requirements for Restricted licences remain the same at £3100 for the first vehicle and £1700 for every vehicle thereafter.
