The Traffic Commissioners are looking more and more favourably on operators who take a pro-active approach to managing and protecting their Operators Licence.
Our Compliance Audit will help you to manage your O Licence systems and documentation and will typically include:
- Detailed examination of your maintenance arrangements including inspection frequencies, defect reporting, scheduling and preventative maintenance
- Driver Licence and Driver CPC checks and procedures
- Drivers Hours and tachographs – training of management and drivers as required, records of work, Working Time Directive and disciplinary action procedures
- Top-side vehicle inspection – vehicle condition, existing defects, vehicle suitability
A full written report follows the audit including a detailed Action Plan to increase compliance.
